Analysis
The N-Pinion 45 is a sturdy speed pedelec with an active riding position and great handling, ideal for the daily commute. It feels and looks like a light bicycle, yet carries up to 150kg. The Biactron 2.0 BLDC motor delivers 600W and 49Nm of torque.
The low-maintenance drivetrain combines a Gates CDX belt with a PINION C1.9 hub gearbox (9 speeds) and a rotary PINION DS 2.9 shifter, fully sealed and weatherproof. Hydraulic disc brakes (203mm front, 180mm rear) and Schwalbe Super Moto-X tyres on 27.5-inch rims give plenty of grip and stopping power.
